WEEK 2 CHALLENGE: 30 MINS OF EXERCISE
Well..how did the water drinking go for you? I’ll be honest, I struggled getting in a gallon each day. In fact, I didn’t get in a gallon any day–boo! BUT…I DID drink WAY more water than normal and was very intential about it. Progress over perfection!

Alright…who’s ready for week 2?!
This week’s challenge is all about moving your body! I’m challenging you to get 30 minutes of exervise DAILY!
Now at first glance, this may seem like an easy one. I actually really enjoy working out so when I looked at the topic that I had planned for this week, I thought “meh. easy!” But the truth is…I’ve been really struggling staying consistent with my workouts lately. Life, business, kids, friends… it all takes up my time and if I don’t make my workout a top priority, it just DOESN’T HAPPEN.
So this week–and I realize I’m a little late to the game here #ProgressoverPerfection but until the end of the week, I’m challenging you to get in at LEAST 30 minutes of exercise everyday! That means move your body–get your heart rate up for at LEAST 30 minutes!
My FAVE workouts right now are actually from Blogilates–so easy to do at home and you don’t even need equipment! Do it anywhere anytime–no excuses!
